Good evening. I am Hotsuma, of the Oboro ninja clan. I was in Tokyo doing battle with a sorceror until I found myself here. Half a world across, and unarmed in these ravaged streets where some strange manner of beasts have free reign. I have so far been successful in avoiding them, and am uninjured.

This might be a bad time to ask, but for anyone receiving this: what is going on here?
